In our Archive of Sculptors’ Papers, we have photos of the sculptors Gertrude Hermes and Clare Sheridan, which we would like to reproduce in a forthcoming publication. Copyright for both was assigned to us at the time of purchase.
However, both have backstamps – see images below
I notice both are included in your Photo Agency Directory, and I wonder if you could let me know whether either agency (if they exist by any other name) has retained any copyright interests?
